Please have campuses use the attached updated Advance User Account Request form for new users or for additional permissions on active users.

The Advance User Account Request Form has been updated and distributed to the campuses through an email communication.
* This form has been updated and distributed to the campuses in the past, but some folks keep previous copies of forms and use when submitting new user requests.*

The form has been updated with additional rights and with an ATS internal team note for assigning rights: 

ATS Team Internal Processing Purposes Note: When a user is granted Bio, Gift or Prospect Inquiry or Maintenance rights, assign the user the corresponding report rights below:                    
      Bio Reports                               Gift Reports                              Prospect Reports


Example: Requested Bio Inquiry and Prospect Maintenance, you must also add Bio Reports and Prospect Reports rights

Example: Requested Default Inquiry or Default Maintenance – no additional report right needs to be granted for Inquiry or Maintenance Rights (these are not related to Reports Group 1, Reports Group 2 or Reports Senior Managment)
